Beverly Green
Green established Nixson Mediation Services to provide a safe and comfortable space where those in conflict can be heard and work together to create solutions. Green is an experienced facilitative mediator who focuses on the underlying interests of the parties. Having facilitated well over 100 sessions, she believes the best authority on what will resolve conflict, are those involved.
“As a neutral, I act as a guide, offering tools to get the parties to a joint resolution; this is their lives, I look to the parties for solutions. What makes mediation highly more effective than litigation, is that the parties collaborate to create the agreement. Meaning, the terms are based on what will work for their specific needs.”
